CDMS helps various governmental agencies design, develop , track and report on the various programs for the handicapped and/or earning impaired. Each state manages & operates various programs and is responsible for the tracking the progress of an individual. CDMS allows customized programs to be designed & created , perform in-take on individuals, set-up courses, track the progress and send reports to the state.

STAR is primarily used in the Software Consulting Business. It is used to track & report on client requirements,  locate candidates and track interviews. In addition – individual resumes can be captured as a word document that is available to any user of the system. For each candidate – personal information and technical skills are entered into a database that can be used later perform a query. 

The key feature of STAR is to quickly identify & provide a list of all candidates that meet the clients requirement. Thus – enabling Recruiters and Account Managers to quickly locate potential candidates and close the requirements.  In addition – a single candidate may be able to fit many requirements.  STAR provides various reports that can quickly provide management with the total requirements, short-listed candidates & closures.
