  2. Thorough operational knowledge of device and server troubleshooting
  3. Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting.
  4. Comprehensive experience with devices supporting including Apple iPhone, iPad, MAC, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.
  5. Should have knowledge of mobile device testing procedures, including troubleshooting wireless, VPN and mobile application issues
  6. Should have ability to write operational documentation, as well as technical articles for end users
