- Good communication, analytical and customer support skills
- Thorough operational knowledge of device and server troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience using and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive experience with devices supporting including Apple iPhone, iPad, MAC, Windows Mobile, Android, etc.
- Should have knowledge of mobile device testing procedures, including troubleshooting wireless, VPN and mobile application issues
- Should have ability to write operational documentation, as well as technical articles for end users
- Outlook and Mobile devices
- PC knowledge it would be a plus
